Your individual health interventions, including lifestyle, exercise, nutrition and supplement guidance will be presented in this CardiAction app, helping you to follow your tailored health regime.The CardiAction app will also allow you to capture other health data, including data captured by wearables or other health devices. This app works in collaboration with your Google Fit account to capture any necessary health and fitness data.
